Coming soonNot yet released in app stores

Water System Logbook has not been released yet. Its website has the latest details, along with free tools and guides you can use today.

Overview

Water System Logbook is an iPhone app in development that replaces the clipboard log for small water systems, such as those at mobile home parks and campgrounds. Operators record scheduled rounds on the phone they already carry to the well house.

Readings are checked against your configured ranges as you enter them, meter usage is worked out automatically, corrections keep a history, and month-end records export as PDF or CSV.

Who it’s for
Operators of small water systems, including mobile home parks, campgrounds and RV parks.
The problem it solves
Small water systems have to record chlorine residuals, meter readings and other checks on a schedule, correct entries properly and keep records for their state drinking water program. On paper, usage has to be worked out by hand and monthly reports assembled from the log.

Key capabilities

  • Rounds on a schedule, with overdue checks flagged
  • Readings checked against your configured ranges as you enter them
  • Meter usage worked out automatically
  • Corrections with a full edit history
  • PDF and CSV reports at month end
  • No account; records stay on your iPhone

Screenshots

  • Home screen showing the Daily Well Check as overdue, with buttons to record today's round or a past round
  • Round entry with an “Outside configured range” prompt for a free chlorine reading of 5 mg/L
  • Edit history showing a free chlorine value corrected from 0.72 to 0.69 mg/L with the reason “Transposed digits”
