Mobile Notary Fee Calculator is an iPhone app for pricing notary work on the move. It builds a quote from the notarial acts, travel, printing, scanbacks and other add-ons in a job, and shows the result as a line-by-line breakdown you can send to the client.
Because most states cap the fee for a notarial act but not the fee for driving, printing or waiting, the app keeps those two parts of a quote separate and compares the notarial portion with the verified maximum for your state, citing the official source. With your rates saved, a typical quote takes about twenty seconds.
